Was a regular customer for many years, now more and more dissatisfied with a few small things. You don't get any support if something went wrong with the delivery, that's a shame and disagreeable, not keeping the customer interested. I will not order from you anymore. Unfortunately, a change of butcher some time ago is still noticeable today.

Unfortunately it wasn't delicious today :( Patty didn't finish, long waiting time (25 minutes longer than promised), staff was cooler than food was good. Was different.

A huge disappointment. At 8:30 p.m. no more orders could be accepted and we were sent away. Since this was not even excused, we will no longer order there.

I ordered it to be delivered and was, as always, very tasty. It took 2 hours, but I was contacted by phone early on that it would take longer. I fully understand this, especially in times of coronavirus, when everyone wants their food delivered. apart from that, as always, all extra requests were taken into account and the food was lovingly made and super packaged!

Super tasty food but ordering by Lieferando didn't really arrive. Waited over 1 hour for the food and nothing arrived. Best of all that business has now closed.

I’m super picky when it comes to amazing fresh juicy burgers. These are amazing! Super fresh, NOT FROZEN, like all other places in Germany. All of their ingredients are amazingly fresh. Their menu is amazing and staff is super friendly! I highly recommend this spot! They also have amazing Vegan options!!!

Unfortunately too small and badly organized, you can separate the tables and not block a table of 6 by 2 people. The staff doesn't bother! And rude.

Good burgers at a fair price! We were there on a Tuesday at 7pm. After about 20 minutes we got a table. Unfortunately, the number of places is currently quite limited. The selection is very good, the service was friendly and attentive. The quality of the food was good and, above all, something different. Some guests have ordered take-away, others have been waiting outside for their table. Therefore one can understand longer waiting times.

Super tasty, very nice and personable staff and a great atmosphere. Fits perfectly with the district and is always worth a visit.

Probably the best vegan burger we've ever tasted. French fries and sweet potato fries also absolutely perfect, a vegan mayo would still be cool, but not necessary to deduct a star. Service very friendly and fast, all in all just great!

Modern and contemporary little burger shop with a good selection and fantastic burgers. We particularly liked the fact that, in addition to classic burgers and unusual homemade creations, there are a few vegetarian and vegan meals to choose from, but also meat-free alternatives to most of the "normal" burgers. We had a meat-free burger and a beef burger, both tasted very good. Price performance was great and the service was very good.

We have been regular customers since the beginning, but unfortunately the level is falling more and more. Something is always wrong. Either something is missing, the degree of doneness is not reached, the meat is not seasoned or it takes twice as long as originally promised. Not a problem in itself, but it has now become standard. In addition, the newer service employees radiate a natural arrogance and one apparently has to be happy to be able to eat there at all. A real shame!

After trying it out several times, two burger friends less than customers. At first hui, now just ugh. According to the homepage, the meal is ready "in about 25 minutes". The "circa" here means to wait at least an hour longer (which already takes 25 minutes into account). You can at least pass the waiting time on site with poor and unorganized service. When you finally get the bag with the food, it's worth taking a look inside. Something was ALWAYS missing and was only added when requested. Burgers taste good. But they do that elsewhere too. With the lack of professionalism and hospitable approach, we leave our money elsewhere.

Order was delivered in over 1 1/2 hours, was cold and the top of the burger was missing. Telephone feedback was unsuccessful, and there is also no response to contact via email or Facebook. All in all, quite a failure.

Yesterday we ordered three vegan burgers with extra fries. The consistency of the patty's was like dough, the order was not cheap at almost 50 euros and the delivery still costs extra. The taste of the burger was okay, so we still got two stars, but we didn't realize why the place is so hyped. We would have better taken the beyond meat patty's, at least you can eat them well.

The food is great. The burgers are made from quality ingredients and every creation tastes unique. The prices are acceptable. It is a small restaurant without reservations, so I advise you to have a backup plan if they don't have a table and you don't want to wait (it's worth waiting though).

Great burger at low price, only downside are possible wait times as you cannot reserve a table. Our wait was short though (below 15 minutes) on a Friday night.

I actually didn't order a burger there but two side dishes. The fries were the most terrible I ever had. Didn't taste fresh or crispy at all. Just a big fat soaked mass of sticky fries. The pulled pork was decent but nothing special. All in all expensive, and low quality. Two fritz cola and two side dishes cost 17,50€.
